Relax with Nature Videos
The calming and healing effect that nature, and images of nature, have on us is well established. According to research at the University of Minnesota, it has been shown to reduce blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension and the production of stress hormones. Time in nature, or with scenes of nature, are associated with positive mood and psychological wellbeing, meaningfulness, and vitality.
